GRACE is here!

Over the last few months Gravitate HR have been working on our newest team member “GRACE”. GRACE is a Document Management service, which allows us to host intranet based webpages. It creates a centralized, password-protected space for document sharing, which can then be stored, downloaded, edited and then uploaded for continued sharing. GRACE will make it easier for you to track and manage all your HR related documents electronically.

How does it work?

Gravitate HR will set up your own individual site, upload all your documents and manage your site so it remains up to date with relevant policy changes and documents. You can give up to five people access privileges in your organisation.

GRACE allows you to access information remotely 24/7 and GRACE will always have the most compliant policies and procedures readily available.

This will save time for you. No more trying to find documents on emails. There will be no need for paper clutter as version control is immediate within your business. In addition to this, GRACE could store all your personnel files, with signed copies of documents, which would keep them all safe and secure without the traditional filing cabinet. The information would be held on our server therefore cutting down time and space for you.

Security

Our newest recruit is very safety conscious and as such comes complete with:

• SSL Certificate (this is the same kind of security used in internet banking)
  
• Dedicated Hardware Security (performs various checks when you log in to prevent people fraudulently accessing your data)
  
• Password Policy - creation of complex passwords and regular password changes ensures higher level of protection.
  
• GRACE’S server is physically locked away on our premises
