Contracts of Employment

 

Following an HR Health Check we often find that a company's Employment Contracts are in need of updating - either for business reasons, or more importantly, to comply with the ever-changing employment legislation. Our work starts with the existing contracts, and we draft new contracts changing only what is necessary. This then is reviewed by key stakeholders in the Client business, before final Contracts of Employment are drawn up for each employee. We then conduct individual consultations with the employees alongside the Client, and manage the process of gathering feedback, making any changes necessary, and ensuring all contracts are signed, returned and securely filed. This ongoing management saves the Client time and money, time and time again.
