Reward Benchmarking in Not For Profit Sector
A small charity approached us with a request for some benchmarking on salary and reward practices. The first step in this work was to ensure we understood in detail what the roles & responsibilities in the organisation were and how these were split. We then compiled detailed job descriptions and used various resources to benchmark the salaries & reward packages for the roles. Finally we wrote a report for the charity's board detailing the benchmark information and our recommendations for a reward strategy going forward. |
