  • Quote for the HR Healthcheck

Stage 3

HR Healthcheck Review Meeting which involves:

  • Gathering facts about the business and reviewing current HR practices and processes including:

  3. ­Recruitment & Retention
  4. ­Learning & Development
  5. ­Compliance
  6. ­Pay & Benefits
  7. ­Performance Management

  10. ­Leavers
  • Employee Personal File Review
  • Interviews with Selected Employees – agreed prior to meeting

Stage 4

  • Comprehensive HR Healthcheck Report produced proposing areas for development
  • Meeting to review the report and any further actions required
  • Agreement of action of additional work
