- Creating contract of employment for new starts, including disciplinary and grievance policies and an offer letter to accompany this.
- Collect references from the new starts
- Create job description for new starts, to create clarity around the purpose, objectives and competencies of the role.
- Carry out an induction with the new starts in order to consult with them on the new contract, gather personal details needed for payroll and gain copies of ID.
