Drugs and Alcohol Training 

Managing Drugs and Alcohol in the workplace is increasingly complex and time consuming.  There are many pitfalls that can undermine effective management of the issues.  As it is a specialised field we recognised that we need some specific expertise to help us to understand the subject matter and be able to advise our clients appropriately.  So we sourced a training consultant, invited some key managers from clients for whom this is a real issue; and held a joint train the trainer workshop.
