HR Account Manager – Gravitate HRWe have an exciting opportunity for an HR Account Manager to provide HR support, employment law advice, administrative support and other consultancy services to business owners, Directors and Managers. As an HR outsourced provider, you will need to appreciate of the challenges faced by SME organisations in relation to employment issues and the impact these have on the business.
You will have or be working towards achieving the CIPD qualification, and have a degree in a related discipline. Experience working in a consultancy capacity, advising third parties is essential.
The HR Account Manager will work closely with the Account Management and Business support team to service existing and new clients both requiring ad-hoc HR support and ongoing consultancy.
Our ideal candidate will be commercially astute, have proven communication skills and have experience in delivering training workshops and presenting. You will have an understanding of good account management practices. You will have the ability to think quickly, and on your feet, and be willing to learn from the bottom up, liaising with different levels of audience on the way.

HR Administrator – Gravitate HRWe have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to provide HR administrative support to the internal staff and clients. Administrative duties include filing, maintaining personnel files, populating and issuing contracts of employment and letters as well as other carrying out general office support duties. You will assist in the running of the Account Management and Business support functions of Gravitate HR including arranging meetings, organising diaries and other office administrative duties.
You will have previous office experience and have a good understanding of the role of an HR practitioner and the HR function. There may be the opportunity progress within the HR team for the right candidate; therefore a desire to progress is desirable.
Our ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and have an eye for detail. You will be a good communicator and have excellent IT skills including word processing and email abilities.
