HR Health Check 

 

audit_small.jpg This is the starting point of most of our business relationships.  An HR Healthcheck will audit all your employment practices, policies and procedures and give you a status report of what you are doing well and can build on, what you may not be doing well and what you need to change to meet compliance requirements and what you could be doing better.  So rather than wondering if you have got it right – we will give you the facts and suggestions to put you on the right track.

 

The health check is usually carried out on site and can include;

 

  • Review of contracts of employment to ensure compliance with current legislation and check that provisions meet business requirements.

  • Analysis of employment policies

  • Assessment of custom and practice  - what is happening with employees and how this fits with business needs

  • Personnel file review – each file is checked and logged

  • Employee opinion survey (optional)

 

In addition to reviewing documentation, we will spend time with key business decision makers, gathering information and identifying key issues and challenges within the business.  We will prepare a report setting out our findings and any recommendations which the business can take forward to meet current and future challenges.
