HR Health Check
We come into your business and through either a one to one meeting, or a series of meetings with appropriate people, conduct a thorough review of all your HR practices and policies. We follow up with a report of recommendations on what work your business needs. Usually at this stage we conduct an employee file review, to get an indpeth understanding of your business and employees. Find out more
HR Best Practice
Part of the HR Health Check report includes proposal for a number of days’ work required to ensure HR Practices and Policies are comparable to relevant, industry best practice. These, if agreed to, will be completed on a daily rate (see Costs section) prior to ongoing monthly/quarterly support. Find out more
Following on from Health Check and Best Practice, the next stage in our relationship is HR Support. This is where we agree a set number of hours per month or quarter to give your organisation the ongoing HR Support it needs. This can be used for anything from being employees’ HR contact by phone and email, to being on site to implement new policies or procedures. The support will be tailored to your particular requirements – we become your HR Department, integrated as required. Find out more
