We are on site, at the end of a telephone, answering your emails – we are there to provide support and solutions to help you manage all your HR.  The range of our activities on your behalf can be wide including:

• Induction and other “starting” employment procedures

• Supporting disciplinary and grievance cases

In fact our HR service will support you and your employees throughout their journey in your employment, from before joining, to starting out with you, right through their development and contribution to the day they leave ( and sometimes afterwards).

We agree a level of service and an indicative number of hours per months and this is reviewed on a quarterly basis.  For clients with smaller teams we offer a quarterly service – which offers the same range of services accessed over a quarter rather than monthly.
