Having recognised the need for effective HR management within our business, we appointed Gravitate some 6 months ago. Within that space of time they have introduced and effected tangible change. Their approach has been ‘hands-on’ from the start, from site visits to engage with our employees on a variety of matters but particularly starting a new Works Council; through to the implementation of a rigorous system of absence management, to the support of managers undertaking staff development interviews.
