Alba Bioscience, a Scottish-based world leader in the manufacture of vital diagnostic reagents, continues its rapid development.

When we were planning our corporate transfer into the private sector, we recognised that we would need support with the myriad of employment issues that would arise. We sourced Gravitate HR from their website and thought they would be what we needed to help us manage the change. Looking back the project work undertaken by the Gravitate team was intense, they worked to tight deadlines, showed incredible attention to detail and built up effective relationships and credibility with the staff.

 

Within a matter of weeks Gravitate mobilised themselves around us to go through everything from developing terms and conditions, supporting employee policies, conducted employee consultations and associated administration to complete an effective transfer process.
