In a human resources business, the humans are pretty important. So joining our tight-knit team is about more than qualifications and experience – you’ll need to be a Gravitate kind of person.
Being part of Gravitate HR
There aren’t many businesses out there that wouldn’t say something like “our people are our greatest asset”. It may well be true most of the time – after all, we know how important an effective workforce can be, because that’s our area of expertise.
But for us, in many ways, people are our only asset. Everything we offer – strong client relationships, leading-edge expertise and an approach shaped to our clients’ needs, to name but a few – comes down to the people on our team.
So while it’s vital that we find out about work you’ve done and the qualifications you hold, it’s even more important that we understand what makes you, you. That doesn’t mean we’re looking for pictures of your childhood pets, or a list of your favourite films. But personality counts, so tell us a little bit about yours.
