Current vacancies – HR Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ HR experience in a senior generalist / advisory role.

You will provide HR support in employee relation cases, employment law advice, recruitment, administrative support and other HR consultancy services to a range of clients.

You will be commercially astute, appreciate the challenges faced by SME organisations in relation to employment issues and the impact these have on the business. You will be a confident, natural communicator, able to build strong working relationships.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will be:

  • A team player with the ability to develop others and able to work on own initiative
  • A well-organised individual with excellent IT skills
  • You will have or be working towards achieving the CIPD qualification and have a degree in a related discipline e.g. Human Resources or Law.
  • Prior exposure to working in a consultancy capacity would be beneficial but not essential.

Regular travel throughout Scotland and occasionally the rest of the UK is a requirement of the role and so candidates are expected to have a full driving licence.

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months with a possibility of becoming permanent.
