HR Assistant

Celine joined Gravitate in May 2019 after working with an HR consultancy in Falkirk for 4.5 years. There, Celine worked her way up from an HR Trainee to becoming an HR Assistant by gaining valuable on the job experience dealing with contracts of employment, employee handbooks and recruitment as well as day-to-day employee relations queries.

Having completed her level 3 CIPD qualification and gaining Associate Membership of the CIPD, Celine is ready to continue her studies and complete her CIPD qualification in the future.

While her passion is her work, in her free time, Celine enjoys going the gym, spending time with family and friends and traveling to new places.

Joining Gravitate HR offers a fresh new challenge. The variety of the role itself, the opportunities to further develop my knowledge and experience in the field of HR were what attracted me to the role. Every client is unique so I am certainly looking forward to liaising with them, getting to know them and their different HR practices, whilst also applying my own HR knowledge and experience.
